Installments - Pay at Your Own Pace 

With Klarna Installments, you can choose how much you want to pay each month.

• Pay from 60 SEK/month or 1/24 of the total amount.
• Consolidate all purchases into one account – a single invoice, no matter how many purchases.
• No setup fee and flexible payment options.
• Invoice fee: 29 SEK per month.
• You can choose to pay the full amount at any time.

Interest Example:

For a purchase of 10,000 SEK with an annual interest rate of 19.90%, the total amount will be 11,458 SEK (955 SEK/month for 12 months, effective interest rate 29.22%).

Important to Know:

A credit check is conducted at the time of purchase (a copy is sent by mail).

Personal data is handled according to applicable laws.

Kustom Checkout Solution

We use Kustom Checkout to manage your purchase in our store. Kustom Checkout is an independent checkout solution provided by Kustom AB, through which payment methods and delivery options are made available.

Kustom is not a bank and does not process payments directly. Kustom provides the interface and logic that display the available payment methods.

When you use the checkout to complete your purchase, you will be offered various payment methods. These payment methods are processed by separate providers depending on the payment option you select when finalising your purchase. To complete the payment, you will be redirected to a payment service provider, such as [Klarna, Swish, MobilePay, Vipps, iDEAL and Billie], where the purchase is finalised.

To make your shopping experience as smooth as possible, Kustom Checkout includes automatic completion of your information if you have previously saved or entered your details in Kustom Checkout.

Kustom does not carry out any credit checks. However, a credit check may be conducted by the payment provider you select when completing your purchase.

Stripe

Stripe securely processes all payments made through Kustom Checkout. This applies to all available payment methods. Stripe is regulated within the European Union and is authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland (reference number: C187865) as an Electronic Money Institution (EMI). Stripe is legally permitted to issue electronic money, execute payment transactions, issue payment instruments, and acquire payment transactions. Available Payment Methods

Through Kustom Checkout, you may be offered the following payment methods:

Cards

You can pay using debit or credit cards from [Visa, Mastercard and American Express].

Payments are securely processed by Stripe via the Kustom Checkout solution. All card information is transmitted in encrypted form and processed in accordance with the PCI DSS security standard. Kustom never stores your card details.

Klarna

With Klarna, you can choose to pay immediately, buy now and pay later, or pay in instalments, depending on the options Klarna makes available for your purchase.

When you select Klarna, Klarna Bank AB handles the payment process, including any credit checks and invoicing. We receive payment from Klarna, and you pay Klarna in accordance with their terms and conditions.

Swish

You can pay quickly and securely with Swish. When selecting Swish, you approve the payment in the Swish app using Mobile BankID. The payment is processed by your bank and Swish.

Apple Pay

If you use a compatible Apple device, you can pay using Apple Pay.

Payments are verified using Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode.

Apple Pay uses a secure payment token instead of your actual card number, which means that neither We, Kustom, nor Stripe have access to your full card number.

Apple Pay relies on your browser’s or device’s built-in capabilities and does not normally place its own cookies on our website.

 

PAYMENT TERMS - PAYPAL

We cooperate with PayPal to offer our customers secure and flexible payment options through our website.

When paying via PayPal, Cavaxo Design AB reserves the right to check the validity of the PayPal account, ensure the account balance covers the purchase amount, and verify the buyer's billing address. The amount is reserved directly on your PayPal account but will not be charged until the goods are shipped from the warehouse. Cavaxo Design AB reserves the right to decline any purchase.

AGREEMENT UPON ORDER

By completing a purchase through our website, you agree to be legally bound by our terms and conditions.

To make a purchase on www.arockman.com, you must be at least 18 years old, ensure that the information you provide is correct, that you are the authorized user of the credit or debit card you intend to use, and that there are sufficient funds on the card to cover the amount.

AROCK reserves the right to refuse or cancel any purchase. If we refuse a purchase, you will be contacted via the email address you provided at the time of purchase.

An order confirmation is always sent to the email you provided at checkout. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact us immediately at: info@cavaxodesign.com.

Our products are independent of stock status as we share stock with our retailers. If a product becomes out of stock after you have placed your order, we will contact you immediately.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

Each item is listed with its price, including VAT. You can view the total price for your order, including taxes, VAT, shipping, and payment in the checkout. Please note that VAT, customs duties, and taxes may apply when purchasing from a country outside the EU.

Cavaxo Design AB and AROCK reserve the right to change and update information without prior notice – this includes prices, details, and information displayed on the website. This applies to the extent permitted by applicable consumer laws.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Currently, we offer three different delivery methods: Letter post to the mailbox/door, Parcel box, and Pickup point. All deliveries are handled by PostNord. Delivery times and costs are specified in the checkout for each option. We always offer a free shipping option. Please note that the free shipping option is not pre-selected in the checkout.

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the name on the parcel matches the name on the mailbox/postbox/door at the delivery address. The customer is also solely responsible for any delivery errors caused by missing or incorrect information on the delivery address in the order.

To avoid this, we ask you to always double-check the information in your order confirmation

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You have the right to return or exchange your items within 30 days from when you placed your order. The item must be returned in an unused and undamaged condition. We do not accept returns or exchanges if the seal has been broken.

A return costs 49,00 SEK. An exchange is free of charge.

RULES AND TERMS FOR COMPETITIONS

Competitions are open to all individuals over the age of 18 who are registered in Sweden.

The start and end dates of the competition are clearly stated in each individual competition description. Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.

The prize is specified in each competition post and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. The winner is selected by a jury from AROCK or randomly – this is stated in the respective post. AROCK is not responsible for any additional costs related to the prize – if costs such as taxes or loss of income arise as a result of winning the competition, they must be covered by the winner.

The winner will be contacted via DM on Instagram/TikTok/Facebook or by email after the competition ends. We will not contact the winner before the competition has concluded, nor will we contact the winner through any account other than @arock_official.

We reserve the right to disqualify the winner(s) if the winner fails to respond to our message within 48 hours and provide us with the necessary information. In such cases, we may choose an alternative winner(s).
